how can government encourage entrepreneurs?
If possible, please help to come up with thesis statement to the topic of entrepreneurship. The title is "How can government encourage entrepreneurship". I wanted to write about how it is difficult for entrepreneurs to start up and operate business while government imposes so much rules and obligations to them to follow. I actually wanted to say in my essay that government can motivate people to initiate business by taking no steps towards them, but some issues "for example taxation, freedom to bond ventures and other legislation" must be dealt by government. So, I need a thesis statement which says that government is discouraging people to be creative by its actions taken towards them, meanwhile saying that, that actions are in favor of entrepreneurs.
